Machining of Sleeves for a 5,000-Ton Open-Die Forging Press

Three Sleeves Manufactured in Three Months

In collaboration with Frisa, we manufactured three sleeves for a 5,000-ton open-die forging press. Frisa supplied the forged components, while SERMEC performed the machining, welding, and assembly operations.

The project was completed within three months, meeting the dimensional and manufacturing requirements for installation. The sleeves were successfully installed in the press and are currently operating as intended.

This project demonstrates our capability to manufacture large-scale components requiring precision, process coordination, and expertise in critical forging applications.
