Complete Repair in 10 Days

A complete repair of a 3,600-ton press cylinder was carried out, including machining of the cylinder liner, resurfacing and machining of the piston, and refurbishment of the cylinder covers.

The work also included replacement of the seals and wear strips, followed by assembly and functional testing to verify proper operating conditions.

The entire process, from component machining and refurbishment through assembly and final testing, was completed in 10 days.
