Press and Rolling Machine No. 3 Repair – FRISA Line 3

Intervention Time Reduced from 15 to 6 Days

A comprehensive repair of Rolling Machine No. 3 was carried out, including the replacement of bushings, guide bars, centering components, counter supports, and the part-ejection finger. On Press No. 3, the centering components were repaired and the punching-arm support was replaced, along with additional work required to restore both machines to proper operating condition.

The entire project was completed in 6 days, compared with the 15 days previously required for work of this scope, reducing execution time by 60% and enabling the equipment to return to operation significantly faster.
