Repairing large-scale components requires precision, experience, and strong execution capabilities. For this project, we repaired a table from a 3,000-ton forging press that showed significant wear after years of intensive operation. Measuring 440 mm in diameter and 6,605 mm in length, the component’s size and condition presented a technical challenge that required a specialized solution.

Our team developed and carried out the fabrication and installation of new bronze plates to the required specifications, restoring the table’s functionality and precision. The repair not only addressed the existing wear but also improved durability and operating efficiency, reduced the need for future repairs, and contributed to increased productivity.
